Between July 18 and 23, 2027, the fourth edition of the International Workshop on Spintronics will be held in Tarapoto, located in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon. Building on the success of the previous meetings—SPIN PERU 2019 (Ollantaytambo), SPIN ARGENTINA 2022 (Bariloche), and SPIN GALAPAGOS 2025 (Galapagos Islands)—this edition will once again bring together leading experts in spintronics, spin–orbitronics, nanomagnetism, magnetic materials science and technology, and trends with new quantum materials. The workshop aims to foster high-level scientific exchange, stimulate new collaborations, and provide a platform for discussing the latest advances in these rapidly evolving fields.

Surrounded by the lush landscapes, biodiversity, and unique natural environment of the Amazon rainforest, SPIN PERU 2027 offers an exceptional setting for scientific interaction and inspiration. As in previous editions, participation will be limited to ensure a friendly and productive atmosphere, with ample opportunities for discussions, networking, and community building among researchers, students, and emerging leaders in the field.
