Abstract submission closes: 30th October 2026

Notification of acceptance will be issued from 15 November 2026

The deadline for students from Latin America to apply for travel grants and fee waivers is 30 October 2026, depending on the support or sponsorship secured.

Registration:

Early registration closes on 28 February 2027

Regular registration closes on 30 April 2027

For logistical reasons, registration will close on 30 April 2027, and on-site registration will not be allowed.
